InSysCo Receives 2011 Great Places to Work Award

HERNDON, VA., October 24, 2011 –InSysCo, a GTSI company and leading provider of software development and support services to the federal government, announced today that it has been awarded Honorable Mention in the 2011 Great Places to Work competition held by Washingtonian magazine. Winning workplaces in the Washington, DC, area were chosen on the basis of quality measures such as pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community and the recognition and respect given to employees.

The magazine reviewed more than 200 companies and some 13,000 employee surveys, with the final determinations relying heavily on the scores given by a company's employees. InSysCo received particular notice for its flexible work environment, a hallmark of the company since its founding more than two decades ago.

Winners were highlighted in the November issue of the magazine, which is now on newsstands. This is the seventh time Washingtonian has chosen Great Places to Work in the Washington area. The feature is published every two years and dates back to 1999.

GTSI acquires Information Systems Consulting Group, Inc.
Acquisition expands professional services capabilities

HERNDON, VA., August 16, 2011 –GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI), a systems integrator, solutions and services provider to federal, state and local governments, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Information Systems Consulting Group, Inc. (InSysCo), a privately held Federal IT professional service provider.

This acquisition expands GTSI’s professional services capabilities in the areas of software and database development and maintenance. InSysCo is headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia and has more than 110 employees providing software development and support services to the Federal Civilian marketplace. The company has been independently appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI) Level 3. InSysCo was recently awarded a Total Information Processing Support Services 4 (TIPSS-4) Prime contract by the Department of Treasury and was recognized as the 2010 Treasury Small Business Contractor of the Year. InSysCo Wins TIPSS-4 | December 29, 2010

The IRS competed its long-time IT services-related suite of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts, called TIPSS-4 ITS, which have a 10-year period of performance (one base-year and nine one-year options). These contracts are the primary procurement vehicles for technology-related services within the Internal Revenue Service and other Treasury bureaus.

Thirty-three companies were selected as prime contractors on this multiple award contract among the industry's best competitors. They will be providing support which encompasses a large spectrum of services concerning local microcomputer applications to large-scale integrated legacy systems, and newly developed systems, as well as security services and program management.

The TIPSS-4 ITS contract is designed to provide the state of the art, modern technology services throughout the period of performance of the contract. As one of the selections, InSysCo will provide a full range of software development and technology services to the Internal Revenue Service and Treasury Bureaus.

The Treasury Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) selected InSysCo as the 2010 "Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year". InSysCo was nominated by two IRS clients. OSDBU stated that InSysCo "has excelled in its performance of maintaining the legacy tax processing software program and implementing legislative changes such as the Economic Stimulus Package (ESP), First-time Home Buyer Credit, etc."

InSysCo announces roll out of new Accounting and Human Resources Systems | November 1, 2010

InSysCo will be upgrading to a Deltek Accounting System in 2011 in order to simplify compliance with DCAA and Cost Accounting Rules. A new Human Resources Information System by iVantage will provide data access to employees, managers, and candidates. These systems will provide better access to data and allow for more detailed analysis and reporting.

InSysCo Wins New Project Under GSA Schedule | September 29, 2010

InSysCo won a new project through GSA Schedule to support the IRS Office of Research. This project will support the yK1 Link Analysis Tool for the Intelligent Business Solutions (IBS) area. The tool uses advanced data mining techniques to graph relationships between flow-through entities to uncover abusive tax avoidance schemes which cost the IRS millions in lost revenue. This project utilizes Java for the application front-end, an Oracle database back-end, and a combination of C, Perl, and SQL for data loading on a Unix platform.
